I'm thrilled to have you as a student.

This course is a labor of love and a product of many years of tutoring real estate math to students just like you, so I really hope that you enjoy it!

The course is broken down into sections, each representing its own question type.

CHEAT SHEETS (AKA THE SECRET SAUCE)

I have created cheat sheets that you can download for each question type.
They are nice visual charts that will help you memorize the steps needed to solve each type of questions.
Feel free to use them as you learn, but try to memorize them as fast as you can for the exam.

ADJUST YOUR VIDEO SPEED

If you find the videos too slow or too fast for you, you can adjust the playback speed. Just click on the gear icon in the top left corner of your screen and change the "Speed" setting.

ASK YOUR QUESTIONS

Each section has an Ask Your Questions Here tab where you are welcome to do just that - ask questions! Please don't hesitate to ask any questions on the course material, and also feel free to post any problems you are struggling with from your study guide or homework. I'll do my best to help! You can expect to hear back from me within a day.
